Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Insurance covers damaged products or lost products "while in transit". Please inspect and file a claim immediately with UPS or USPS.

Packaging photos are taken prior to shipping and can be sent upon request.

Please take into consideration boxes that have been delivered and are sitting on your doorstep unattended, in a porch unattended, or in your mailbox unattended. They are NOT covered by insurance. Once they have been delivered the post office and Happy Hour Candle Co and More are NOT responsible if they go missing. If anything disappears after it was delivered, the item/items will NOT be replaced or refunded.

Please contact me to ship your order with signature confirmation if you don't want to take a chance of items disappearing after they are delivered.
