Happy Hour Candle Co and more candles are made with 100% coconut wax. Coconut wax unlike paraffin wax(used in many mass produced candles), is biodegradable and a renewable source.

We use clean fragrance oil and dyes that are phthalate and carcinogen free.

Our eco wicks are free from lead and zinc.

As a wholesale business partner, you can choose your fragrance oil and dyes for each candle.

We can accommodate bottle specificity based on availability. We can also work with you to find a vessel that is not upcycled.

We appreciate your interest in support of our small candle business.

We are looking to create wholesale accounts and look forward to discussing if any of these options are viable in your establishment at this time.

Please note that lead time is 30 days on custom orders to prepare the vessel (cut,sand,pour,set) of your personalized candles.

 

ELIGIBILITY
To place a wholesale order, you must be a registered business with a state reseller or sale & use tax ID number. At this time, Happy Hour Candle Co and More can only accept wholesale customers for businesses inside the USA

HOW TO ORDER
Browse the available products on our website, or we can accommodate bottle specificity based on availability. When you’ve made your decision on what you want, get in contact with us with your list of items and case quantities. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges plus shipping.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All of our wax products are handcrafted, which makes each one unique. Products may vary slightly from the product picture, but all are carefully crafted with high-quality materials.

WHOLESALE PRICES
All wholesale products are priced up to 50% below the MSRP. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDERS
A minimum order of $200 is required for repurchase. (First Time offer $100) We suggest ordering a mix of product varieties and types so that your customers have a diverse selection to choose from. Because of the variation of ounces in bottles, we charge $1.00 per ounce this includes the cost of coconut wax, fragrance oil, dyes and wicks. This cost does not include private labeling or vessels that are not upcycled (price will vary based on vessel and labeling).
All orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed. Credit cards orders will incur an additional 5% processing fee. 

LEAD TIME
Wholesale/private label products are made to order. Lead time for candles is 30 days to allow for preparing the vessel (cut,sand,pour,set) of your personalized candles.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please provide a physical ship-to-address and NOT a PO Box. Shopping and Handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.

SHIPPING ERRORS/DAMAGED GOODS
All shipments should be inspected as soon as they arrive to you. If products have been damaged in transit, or you find an error in your shipment, notify Happy Hour Candle Co and More within 3 days of receipt of your goods. You can do this by emailing happyhourcandleco2@gmail.com.

We will work with you to find a solution, whether that be issuing a credit to your account, refunding part of the order or sending replacement products. Please be aware that if products need to be replaced, additional lead time may be required.

Happy Hour Candle Co and More accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credit for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wholesale/private label merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

PRODUCT CARE
Products should be stocked and stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated spaces that’s out of direct sunlight.
